2024 BUDGET APPROVAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors is holding a meeting at the following DATE, TIME, and LOCATION:

DATE /TIME   :    December 21, 2023, at 5:00 pm
LOCATION:    Rosewood Gardens Community - Near the Pool

                       2800 E 113TH Avenue

                      Tampa, FL 33612

The purpose of the Budget Approval Meeting is to adopt the annual budget and to conduct any other business as permitted by Florida Statutes and the governing documents of the Association. An identification of agenda items is as follows:

1.     Call to Order

2.     Proof of Notice

3.     Determination of a quorum

4.     Call for Motion to Adopt the 2024 budget

6.     Adjournment

Your Association's financial statement or financial report for the year ending December 31, 2023, will be available no later than April 30, 2023.

Please send a written request to Rosewood Gardens Association or send an e-mail to RosewoodGardensAssociation@gmail.com. A copy of the financial statement or financial report will be sent to you upon completion.
