NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting and election of five (5) directors to the
Board of the Association.

Tampa, FL 33612 (Near the pool area)

Any Unit Owner desiring to be a candidate for the Board of Directors should complete the
CANDIDATE INFORMATION SHEET FORM or provide a signed letter stating his/her intent to
run for the Board, and mail or email:
